Infection Prevention and Control Plans for Body Piercing Studios (2 Hours)

This presentation was originally available during Core Essentials Vol. 3. Once finished, a certificate of completion will be generated.

Ideal for all studio and regulators, this presentation uses California's body art health code AB-1168 as a template to to help studio owners and managers compose an infection prevention and control plan (IPCP) as part of their safety program. Regulators will also find this presentation useful for risk based inspections.

We invite body art professionals from everywhere to view this presentation. Please be familiar with your local health agency's code for body art. There may be additional requirements.

Like our presentation of OSHA's Exposure Control Plans (ECP), this Infection Prevention and Control Plan (IPCP) presentation will guide you through the process of developing an IPCP for your studio.
